Bob Ward, the principal of the firm, is an established professional with 26 years of executive search experience.

Mr. Ward earned his Accounting degree at the University of Notre Dame and began his career as an auditor at Coopers & Lybrand in Chicago. He is a CPA and maintains a large network within the accounting profession and the wider Chicago business community.

Mr. Ward's executive search experience began with ten years in a national search firm specializing in the areas of finance and accounting. Subsequently, Mr. Ward founded Ward & Associates, a general executive search company that thrives today, sixteen years later. Once established, the firm quickly broadened its scope to include operations, sales/marketing operations, human resources, supply chain, engineering, and management positions, in addition to financial roles. In recent years, the company has become increasingly active in locations across the United States.

Mr. Ward devotes his full attention to each search assignment. He believes that the personal time he spends at each stage of the search assignment assures a timely and successful outcome.
